4.Customs fees

Please do not refuse or abandon collection of such parcels as they will not be refunded and will be destroyed by customs.
5.Additional terms
If our carrier could not delivery your parcel because of your issue, we will charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery for below situations:
- you provided the wrong address for delivery; there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
- the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
- the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
